Replacement Policy
We are focused on providing genuine products always.
Customers can request for replacement in any case of received different/damaged product, charger/cable malfunction.
Replacement will be done after verification of images and video if required.
Replacement can be processed only once per order. Warranty period is counted from the day of order .

Return Policy
Customer can opt to return any product only in case of delivered product is damaged or different from the order placed.
Return and refund will be processed immediately after we verify the images and Products , also we will pick up the return.
Refund Policy
Customer will be refunded on cancellation of prepaid order before shipment.
If stocks are unavailable for any given order, then costumer will be refunded.
